•
This two-part article presents a radically new model of reality, grounded in the idea that information—rather than matter, energy, or even space-time—constitutes the most fundamental substrate of existence. We begin with a conceptual shift: rather than treating the Big Bang as the ultimate beginning, we propose a deeper “informational rupture” in a preexisting “meta-vacuum” state, giving rise to multiple potential branches or phases of reality. One of these branches manifests as our familiar Universe, yet others may remain hidden or manifest indirectly via phenomena attributed to dark matter, dark energy, or quantum nonlocality. In Part One, we develop the axiomatic and mathematical foundations of this informational approach. We introduce a parametric space ΛΛ, an “operator control room” of informational states, and define how branches can emerge from phase transitions in the meta-vacuum. The standard physical laws—space, time, fields, forces—are shown to be effective consequences of deeper informational processes. We also discuss how this viewpoint resonates with key ideas in quantum gravity, the holographic principle, and string theory. In Part Two, we explore how informational complexity evolves to generate higher levels of structure—leading from elementary particles and atoms to stars, galaxies, and biological life. Here, we propose that chemical, biological, and cognitive laws also arise as “layered” manifestations of the same informational foundation. Life and consciousness become natural outgrowths of informational dynamics, with each level introducing new effective principles that build upon (but do not contradict) underlying quantum and astrophysical laws. This model unifies multiple perspectives from quantum mechanics, cosmology, evolutionary biology, and cognitive science under a single principle of informational primacy. It suggests that physical laws, the emergence of life, the development of consciousness, and cultural evolution can be viewed as stages of continually increasing informational organization. Finally, we outline possible future directions, including toy-model simulations, connections to modern theories of quantum gravity, and interdisciplinary research bridging physics, information science, biology, and philosophy. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/from-meta-vacuum-consciousness-informational-primacy-serhii-kharchuk-j05he/?trackingId=1Wgws%2ByeSrSJAi%2Fzj8RWUg%3D%3D
