- <p>This repository contains the implementation of Maxwell's equations for light scattering off a spherical particle under plane wave and dipolar illumination. The dipole-scatterer interaction is essential for understanding the modification of a quantum emitter in the presence of a spherical nanoparticle. As such, we compute the modification factors of the spontaneous emission rate.</p> <p>Additionally, the repository includes calculations supporting the results presented in the article <em>'Tuning Molecular Emission: Exploring Plasmonic Coupling Effects Across High and Low Quantum Yields,'</em> which is currently under review.</p>
