Staphylococcal infections often cause diseases in the skin, soft tissues, lungs, and other internal organs. Antibiotics are widely used in the treatment of these infections. However, there are certain challenges associated with their use, particularly the issue of antibiotic resistance. The article provides a detailed analysis of the effects of various antibiotics on staphylococci, the problem of resistance, and treatment methods. Recommendations are also provided to enhance treatment efficacy and guide future research. Staphylococcal infections are among the pressing issues in modern medicine. They can damage various parts of the body and lead to severe clinical conditions, including sepsis, osteomyelitis, and pneumonia. Antibiotics are the primary means of combating staphylococci; however, their misuse and overuse significantly increase the risk of developing antibiotic-resistant strains. This article discusses the main antibiotics used in treating staphylococcal infections, their mechanisms of action, effectiveness, and methods of combating resistant strains. It also provides scientific recommendations for preventing antibiotic resistance and improving treatment outcomes.</span></em></p>
