- <p>In this article the importance of investment funds in the development of the financial market, the concept of<br>investment funds and their organization procedures, advantages, and forms and types of funds are widely studied. The<br>US experience of investment fund organization is reflected. Also, the alternative investment characteristics of investment<br>funds, the form of assets by types of investment funds, and the implementation of investment goals by types of investment<br>funds were studied from a wide scientific and theoretical point of view.</p>
