Stoicism, an ancient philosophy emphasizing virtues such as wisdom, courage, justice, and temperance, offers a compelling approach to AI governance. This paper explores how Stoic principles can be embedded into AI decision-making processes to promote fairness, emotional intelligence, and accountability. By integrating Stoic ethics, AI developers can mitigate biases, enhance transparency, and navigate ethical dilemmas effectively. This study presents a conceptual framework for applying Stoic virtues to AI governance, offering insights for policymakers, developers, and ethicists.</p>
