- <p>The fundamental objective of physical education is to enhance students' skills, knowledge, and mental fortitude through the medium of human movement. Most secondary and higher education institutions mandate some form of physical education participation. The research investigated the psychological well-being of Kho-Kho athletes in relation to their on-field performance. A total of 80 male Kho-Kho players were involved in the study, encompassing national (average age: 25.72 years), state (average age: 23.12 years), and district (average age: 20.66 years) teams. The study revealed a negative correlation between a player's Kho-Kho playing ability and their agility, speed, reaction time, speed endurance, and ankle flexibility. Positive mental health, characterized by high levels of mental organization and integration, emerged as a crucial determinant of success in Kho-Kho athletics.</p> <p> </p>
