- <p>Investigation of the degradation of cell-free hydrogel spheres made of bioink 3 when cultured in the presence of a 2D monolayer of human AD-MSCs. By culturing the hydrogel spheres in the same well where a monolayer of cells is growing we investigated if those cells where able to secrete a soluble mollecule able to degrade the hydrogels.
