contents <p><span>The plant virome project yielded 152,826 RNA virus contigs from 5,228 nEE transcriptomes and 22,750 contigs from 2,977 land plant transcriptomes. These virus contigs were individually assembled using CAP3, resulting in 105,593 final sequences after processing. Additionally, 89,878 endogenous viral elements (EVEs) identified in 813 plant genomes and 10,010 nEE genomes were assembled and deduplicated, producing 20,444 unique sequences. This resource provides those two datasets.</span></p>
