•
In today’s rapidly evolving digital era, leadership demands have shifted, requiring a deeper understanding of neuroscience, cognitive science, and behavioral psychology to enhance management practices. Neuroleadership, a field introduced by David Rock, applies insights from brain science to leadership, helping managers make data-driven decisions, improve emotional intelligence (EQ), and create a high-performance work culture. This paper explores how cognitive neuroscience principles can be leveraged in modern leadership to optimize decision-making, communication, and team dynamics in digital workplaces. The study examines the role of neuroplasticity, cognitive biases, and stress regulation in leadership effectiveness. It highlights how leaders can foster psychological safety, enhance employee motivation, and improve collaboration by applying neuroscience-backed techniques. Additionally, this research investigates the impact of virtual communication, AI-driven leadership tools, and remote workforce management on executive performance.
