-
The given article presents the methodology of detecting vomiting in children using blood samples using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The study emphasizes that the ELISA method is a diagnostic method with high sensitivity and accuracy, as well as its effectiveness in detecting helminthiasis, including toxocariasis, echinococcosis, trichinosis, opisthorchiasis, ascariasis, schistosomiasis and giardiasis. The study presents the advantages of using the ELISA method to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods for detecting helminths (coproovoscopy, microscopic analysis). The possibility of diagnostics using immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) produced in the body against helminths using blood plasma was studied. The article also describes in detail the stages of laboratory work using the ELISA method. The work used ELISA reagents (a kit for ELISA testing Giardia IgG) manufactured by KSEMA LLC. Using these reagents, the presence of antibodies and antigens in blood samples was determined spectrophotometrically. The results of the study showed that the ELISA method gives more accurate and reliable results than traditional methods for detecting vomiting in children. The suggested method is important for early detection of the disease, improving the health of patients and carrying out effective treatment measures.
