Although teleworkers and the factors that affect them have been studied to some extent, many articles have focused on the experience of managers working remotely. This study aims to answer questions about what remote employees expect from managers, how they want to be managed, and what managers need to know when working with remote employees. After overview of the relevant literature on remote working, research method will be outlined, data will be presented and the study’s findings will be discussed and implications will be presented.
