The overall aim of this study was guided by the very important objectives: To </span></em><span>defines the impact of job enrichment on</span><span> employee retention to the business </span><span>in some selected businesses <em><span>in Mogadishu, Somalia<span>. The study was conducted from January 2024 to June 2024. This research was used descriptive design, through questionnaire design to describe the characteristics and correlation to measure central tendency of matters of the questionnaire.<span>  </span>The total number of population in the study was employed 63 intellectual in the Mogadishu City as a case study since the time and cost could not allow accessing all the media sectors in the City of Mogadishu. <strong>54</strong> participants of sample size of different gender who have been selected from the population departments within the sectors of this scope in Mogadishu. These participants have been chosen according to the possibility of getting accurate and reliable information. The sampling procedure of this study was non-probability sampling especially purposive sampling to conduct the research, and also to consider the significance of research reality. This research study was collected primarily data using questionnaires. In this study quantitative data analysis was used. The analysis was carried out with the use of help Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS version 20), that was measured the use of in Mogadishu, Benadir, Somalia. The major findings that supported the argument include the objectives and even the dependent variable of the study. For instance the questions of the first objective generally result a common concept of that </span></span></em></span><span>motivation on employee retention to the business in some selected metropolis</span><em><span> in Mogadishu, Somalia.</span></em></p>
