- <p><em><span>In the early phases of learning a foreign language, especially for students in elementary school, it is essential to effectively teach and evaluate phonological competency. In order to assess phonological skills, this study investigates the incorporation of real resources, including recordings, films, and conversational extracts from native speakers. The advantages of use real materials to evaluate phonological competency are discussed in this article, with a focus on how they improve articulation, phonemic awareness, and listening comprehension. </span></em></p>
