  • <div> <p><em><span>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, and leadership at BRI KC Sriwijaya Palembang bank. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach as the research method. This study has a population of 55 people using saturated sampling, for all members of the population to be sampled. The analysis was carried out with the use of the SPSS 25 application, multiple linear regression analysis tests were the main focus, the aim was to determine the effect of organizational culture, and leadership on employee motivation. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture partially has no impact on employee motivation. However, leadership shows an influence on employee motivation. Simultaneously, organizational culture and leadership showed a positive influence on employee motivation. The coefficient of determination test displays the results that the adjusted R value of 30.1% of employee motivation variables are influenced by organizational culture and leadership variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 69.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.</span></em></p> </div>
