- <p>This document, entitled “Digital tools in the project website – preliminary prototype”, presents the rationale</p> <p>and methodology at the basis of the development of the Self-Assessment digital tool, which has been</p> <p>conceived as a proactive instrument to engage place-based innovation ecosystems along the journey to</p> <p>become an ERA Hub. The ERA Hub model, further elaborated from the initial concept and developed within</p> <p>the first six months of the COOPERATE project, is at the core and will be further tested among different</p> <p>ecosystem all over Europe.</p>
