Group II included 34 newborns born to mothers of fertile age.

Results: It was established that the conditions observed in the assessment of newborns in the first hours of life, born to first-time mothers of advanced reproductive age, were more prone to pathological processes, which also persisted during the period of auto-stabilization of internal organs.
