Through adaptive harmonic synchronization and entanglement-modulated dynamics, we reduce estimation-reality discrepancies to 1.3% (p ¡ 0.01). Comparative analysis demonstrates 8.2x energy improvement over D-Wave and 2.0x accuracy gain versus QAOA.
