- <p>Description of the Dataset: </p> <p><strong>Yaml Files</strong></p> <p>a. <strong>base_material.yaml</strong> file consists the information (e.g. composition, powder size, production method) about the base materials : (i) Al-Mg-Si-Zr alloy, (ii) TiB2 particle</p> <p>b. <strong>composite_powder.yaml </strong>consists the information about the TiB2/Al-Mg-Si-Zr alloy after mixing</p> <p>c. <strong>lpbf_process.yaml</strong> cotains the information about the processing experiment for the composite powder.</p> <p>These yaml files can be viewed via the <a href="https://lpbf-tib2modifiedalmgsizr.streamlit.app/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">streamlit app</a>. </p> <p><strong>CSV files</strong></p> <p>d. <strong>relative_density_scan_speed_power.csv</strong> : the data shows the values of relative density (%) of composite TiB2/Al-Mg-Si-Zr powder for variable power (W) and scan speed (mm/s).</p> <p>e. <strong>relative_density_ved.csv</strong> : the data shows the values of relative density (%) of composite TiB2/Al-Mg-Si-Zr powder for volumetric energy density (J/mm3).</p> <p>f. <strong>hardness_aging_temperature.csv</strong>: the values of hardness (HV) for different aging temperatures (K)</p> <p>g. <strong>hardness_aging_time.csv</strong>: the values of hardness (HV) for different aging time (h)</p> <p> </p> <p>json file</p> <p>h. <strong>mechanical_properties_of_samples.json</strong>: the yield strength (MPa), ultimate tensile strength (MPa) and elongation (%) values of Al-Si-Mg-Zr alloy and TiB2/Al–Si–Mg–Zr composites for different conditions are provided in this file The json file can be visualized through the <a href="https://visualizingmechanicaltestdata.streamlit.app/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">streamlit app</a>.</p>
