- <p>This review investigates the relationship between managerial skills and an entrepreneurial intention in university students, as well as how universities may help them pursue their business and startup goals. It discovered that excellent managerial abilities and entrepreneurial motivation are critical to success. Universities can assist students build these talents through courses, incubators, and mentorship. Students can be prepared for pioneering entrepreneurial jobs through programs that emphasize strategic planning, leadership, problem solving, and networking and relationship management.</p>
