- <p><em><span>The aim of the study was to develop ways to improve the effectiveness of treatment and secondary prevention of acute tonsillitis in children at the primary healthcare level.</span></em></p> <p><em><span>The study included 212 children with acute tonsillitis being treated at Family Polyclinic No. 25 in Tashkent and at the Central Polyclinic of the Kibray District in Tashkent Region, as well as 110 healthy children.</span></em></p> <p><em><span>The research subject included saliva, peripheral blood, and throat swabs.</span></em></p>
