-
Abstract

This research aims to explore the significant impact of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value on the user experience of hearing-impaired users using the VoiBook speech rehabilitation application under the mediation of innovation. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Means-end Theory, combined with Social Learning Theory, three hypotheses were proposed. User data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value all significantly affect user experience through innovation, providing a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for improving the design and promotion of speech rehabilitation applications.
