•
Prostate cancer remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Current treatments have limitations, prompting interest in complementary approaches like nutraceuticals. This study presents an AI-assisted, theoret-
ical multi-targeted phytochemical formulation (curcumin, resveratrol, EGCG, lycopene, quercetin, sulforaphane, berberine, apigenin, piperine, beta-glucans) computationally optimized for prostate cancer research based on molecular docking simulation, pharmacokinetic prediction, and synergy modeling. Literature and
computational analysis suggest this combination could target key pathways (AR modulation, PI3K/Akt/mTOR inhibition, inflammation, apoptosis, immune modulation). However, this research is strictly AI-assisted and theoretical, representing early-stage hypothesis generation. It carries significant limitations and potential risks if misinterpreted. Rigorous experimental validation (in vitro, in vivo) and clinical trials (Phase I/II) are absolutely mandatory before any therapeutic application or human consumption can be considered. This study serves only as a preliminary framework for research and does not constitute medical advice or a product recommendation. The proposed formulation requires extensive safety and efficacy testing and regulatory approval.
