- <p>Transposable element (TE) annotations in GFF format have been uploaded for 10 crustacean species: <em>Daphnia pulex</em>, <em>Lepeophtheirus salmonis</em>, <em>Hyalella azteca</em>, <em>Penaeus chinensis</em>, <em>Penaeus monodon</em>, <em>Penaeus vannamei</em>, <em>Portunus trituberculatus</em>, <em>Procambarus clarkii</em>, <em>Eriocheir sinensis</em>, and <em>Homarus americanus</em>. Additionally, annotations for three arthropod species are included: <em>Drosophila melanogaster</em> (insect), <em>Aedes aegypti</em> (insect), and <em>Argiope bruennichi</em> (spider). </p>
