- <p>The GOV-Structure-License© is a novel, interdisciplinary protection system designed to ensure structural accountability in algorithmic decision-making. It combines UUID identification, SHA-256 hashing, OTS time anchoring, and API-driven audit mechanisms to protect governance logic in digital systems. Grounded in international law (TRIPS, GDPR, UNESCO, WIPO), the license addresses ethical, legal, and technical challenges posed by autonomous platforms and AI systems. Developed by Frank Georg Reichwein, the model is positioned as a structural rights framework anticipating regulatory shifts from 2027 onward. This document represents the first public documentation of the licensed system, linked to a secured IP hash.</p>
