Antenna with 21–24 antennomeres; scapus without horn basally, 7.5–7.8 × as long as its maximum width; seventh flagellomere geniculate; first to seventh flagellomeres straight ventrally; first flagellomere 1.4 × as long as second flagellomere (see Fig. 11A in Li <i>et al.</i> 2020); lateral lobes of mesoscutum densely setose anteriorly; propodeum with basal carina;</p><p><b>Notes.</b> This species was described by Chou (1990) under subgenus <i>Cosmophoridia</i>, Chen & van Achterberg (1997) transferred into subbgenus <i>Eutanycerus</i>, then keyed by Chen & van Achterberg (1997) and Li <i>et al.</i> (2020). Here we provide distinguishable characters of the species in the key and in-country distribution of the species.</p><p><i>Distribution</i>. NC Vietnam: Ha Tinh province (Figure 21). Outside Vietnam known from Taiwan.</p>
