- <p><b>9. <i>Dentilla malinka</i> (Nurse, 1903)</b></p><p>(Fig. 54)</p><p><i>Mutilla malinka</i> Nurse, 1903: 399, ♀, holotype, ♀, Deesa [India, extreme north of Gujarat, 24°15′31″N 72°11′27″E].</p><p><i>Dentilla malinka</i>: Lelej 2005: 39; Pagliano <i>et al.</i> 2020: Boutin & Vilhelsem 2024: suppl. data, fig. S1.</p><p><b>Diagnosis.</b> FEMALE. Head as wide as mesosoma, head and mesosoma closely punctured, metasoma almost round (dorsal view) with fine and somewhat sparse punctures; mesosoma subquadrate. Head, antennae, mesosoma, legs and apical two or three metasomal segments light red; basal 1–3(4) metasomal segments very dark brown, almost black. Pubescence greyish white, sparse but long, especially on metasoma. Body length 4.0– 5.9 mm. MALE. Unknown.</p><p><b>Material examined.</b> No material examined.</p><p><b>Distribution.</b> India (Gujarat, Maharashtra).</p><p><b>Remarks</b>. Børge Petersen saw the holotype of <i>Mutilla malinka</i> Nurse, 1903 (Petersen in litt., Dec. 12, 1980) and identified the female specimen from Bombay (India: Maharashtra, Mumbai) in the collection of NHMD as <i>Dentilla malinka</i>. Recently (Boutin & Vilhelsem 2024) the latter specimen has been figured.</p>
