Jeollanam-do:</b> 1 imago, Wando-gun, Yeoseodo Island, 09.vi.2022, photo by Wonwoong Kim.</p><p><b>Distribution.</b> Korea (Gyeonggi-do, Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsangnam-do), Japan (Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Nansei Islands) (Imura & Ishikawa 2012).</p><p><b>Comments.</b> In East Asia, there are two species in this genus: <i>P. japonicus</i> Lis, 1994 from various localities in Japan and <i>P. semialbidus</i> (Walker, 1867) from mainland China, Taiwan, and Japan (Ishigaki, Iriomote Islands) (Lis 1999; Imura & Ishikawa 2012). The Korean specimen is a good match with the original description of <i>P. japonicus</i> by Lis (1994).</p>
