- <p>This paper presents a unified theoretical framework—the <strong>Universal Oscillating Energy (UOE) Paradigm</strong>—which replaces gravity-centric cosmology with a pressure-driven oscillatory field model, governed by a scalar coherence parameter Ξ∈[−1,1].</p> <p>Part I outlines the foundational dynamics of the Ξ-Field, including its trinary structure (+1, 0, –1), emergent particle interactions, stellar evolution pathways, and reinterpretations of redshift, lensing, and cosmic expansion as pressure illusions.</p> <p>Part II reframes the long-standing mystery of the <strong>Great Attractor (GA)</strong> as a high-crest node in the Ξ-Field. Using a three-parameter logistic coherence profile, we replicate observed peculiar velocities—without invoking dark matter—and reveal a natural pairing with the Dipole Repeller as part of a universal “breathing” cycle.</p> <p>We provide observational predictions for <strong>Cosmicflows-4</strong>, <strong>weak lensing surveys</strong>, and NASA’s forthcoming <strong>GECCO</strong> MeV telescope, alongside testable signatures including 511 keV gamma flashes and morphology-dependent redshift residuals.</p> <p>The UOE model offers a scalable, falsifiable alternative to standard cosmology—one where energy is not pulled by mass, but rhythmically pushed by structure.</p>
