•
Webb’s Unified Theory presents a novel topological framework for unifying quantum mechanics and general relativity. This theory replaces classical point singularities with a Möbius-twisted ring topology embedded within spacetime, regularizing curvature divergences and introducing global non-orientability at Planckian scales.

Quantization is achieved via spin network states following Loop Quantum Gravity principles, with the Möbius topology enforcing global CPT violation. This provides a natural mechanism for baryogenesis without invoking new fields or fine-tuning.

The model yields several falsifiable predictions, including:

Gravitational wave echoes with characteristic π phase shifts,

Low-ℓ parity violation anomalies in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB),

Quantum corrections to the mass-energy relation,

A reduction of black hole entropy by a factor of one-third.

This Zenodo record includes:

The full research preprint (PDF),

Simulation code (webb_simulator.py) modeling the Möbius ring structure and gravitational echo delays,

Supplementary data archive (data and support zip) with all generated figures and predictions.

All results are derived within a minimalist framework without introducing exotic matter fields or extra dimensions, providing a falsifiable and observationally testable approach to quantum gravity and cosmology.
