•
Complete result of the output of the Tadarida classifier by analyzing the acoustic data collected in two caves (Mont Belo and Boundou) in the Republic of the Congo are inside the csv files Bat_All_acoustics_transf_date_bothcave.csv.

The csv files for each bat acoustic group (Rhino_macro_tria_all.csv, Rhino_de_Allac_bd.csv, Minio_Allac_bd.csv, ...) come from the raw file containing all the data (Bat_All_acoustics_transf_date_bothcave.csv). They can be used as part of the 1bis script available on GitHub (https://github.com/LabMorgana/Acoustics).

The csv files for each acoustic group (Hippo_ac, Minio_Allac_script3, Rhino_denti_Allac_script3, Rum_lan_alcy_Allac_script3, Rhino_macro_tria_all_script3, ...) come from the raw file containing all the data (Bat_All_acoustics_transf_date_bothcave.csv). They can be used as part of the 3bis script available on GitHub (https://github.com/LabMorgana/Acoustics).

This acoustic data was collected using SM4 acoustic recorders (Wildlife Acoustics) placed at the entrances to the caves during a period of 19 months (September 2021 to first day of March 2023). The SM4BATs were set up according to the stationary points protocol of Vigie-chiro, a citizen science programme for the acoustic monitoring of bat populations in France (French Museum of Natural History, see (Mariton et al., 2023), starting 30 minutes before sunset and 30 minutes after sunrise.

For more information, refer to the two publications cited below.
