•
This white paper presents an original cosmological framework titled The Cartwheel Universe Model, proposing a cyclical mechanism for universal rebirth driven by black hole accumulation and eventual rupture. Unlike the conventional Big Bang model or the Lambda-CDM paradigm, this hypothesis suggests that all black holes in the universe ultimately merge into a single, hyper-dense mass which, upon reaching a critical instability, explosively ejects matter and energy in a structured, directional event—analogous to a new Big Bang. This directional rebirth is visualised as a “cartwheel” structure, with mass ejecting out along a central axis and disc plane, leading to a new cosmic expansion phase.

The model integrates astrophysical observations such as relativistic jets, neutron star collapse, and entropy gradients, while reinterpreting the role of dark energy and black hole thermodynamics within a cyclic, field-oriented cosmology. It also introduces a directional field analogue to gravity (complementing the Directional Field Model of Gravity), in which gravitational behaviour contributes to cosmic contraction and eventual rebirth.

This hypothesis aims to open new dialogue around long-term cosmic structure, thermodynamic asymmetry, and alternatives to spacetime-based gravitational models. It is intended as a philosophical and conceptual framework for discussion, not a definitive replacement for current models.
