-
This chapter explores how intergenerational differences influence digital transformation and team dynamics in EU-funded project management within the Czech public sector. Based on empirical insights, the research examines how generational cohorts (X, Y, and Z) adopt and integrate digital technologies into project environments. The chapter presents a hybrid governance model enhancing resilience, effectiveness, and collaboration across generations through targeted use of digital tools and soft skills. By aligning generational competencies and expectations with the structural and procedural demands of EU-funded project schemes, public organisations can improve project performance and long-term sustainability. The analysis provides a context-sensitive framework applicable to post-socialist public administrations in Central Europe facing similar demographic and technological challenges.
