  • <p>This preprint introduces Temporaxis, a novel symbolic-recursive forecasting framework for predicting solar flares and geomagnetic storm risk. Unlike traditional threshold-based models, Temporaxis uses symbolic compression and motif taxonomy to identify recursive collapse states in solar data. The paper presents the symbolic grammar, mathematical scaffolding, and core forecasting logic while withholding proprietary detection thresholds under provisional patent protection.
