- <p>Contained within are supplementary modeling files published as part of a manuscript submission entitled "Global lithium enrichment in granites since the Paleozoic linked to enhanced clay production" by Bucholz C.E., Wilner O., Hernández-Montenegro JD, and Sanchez PR.</p> <p>The text files in the Supplementary Material are outputs from Theriak-Domino for the five bulk compositions considered in manuscript, using an oxygen fugacity two log units below the FMQ buffer and considering pressures of 0.5 and 1.0 GPa. These files include information on the thermodynamic properties of the system and the stable phases (shown in separate columns) at each temperature point within a range of 600-1000 °C. Along with these output files, a commented Jupyter Notebook is also provided. This Jupyter Notebook contains the scripts needed to process the output data, run the Monte Carlo simulations for Li and Rb concentrations in melts, and reproduce Figure 2 in the main text and Supplementary Figure 6b,c.</p>
