- <p>This document introduces a structurally extended formulation of the classical energy-momentum tensor TμνT_{\mu\nu}Tμν, compatible with the Theory of Locally Relative Expansion (LRAE). Unlike the standard relativistic model, the LRAE tensor incorporates the local expansion field ϵ(xμ)\epsilon(x^\mu)ϵ(xμ) and the structural activation components of the structure field f(xμ)f(x^\mu)f(xμ). As a result, gravitational effects only persist where structural modifiability and temporal reference exist. This leads to a reformulated Einstein field equation in which gravitational decoupling of mass (e.g., in black holes) is structurally consistent and mathematically well-defined.
