-
This paper explores the reinterpretation of static equilibrium under the unified

phenomenological motion equation framework. Contrary to classical mechanics, where

zero velocity implies equilibrium, we demonstrate that a static object can remain in a

constrained non-equilibrium state due to structural force imbalances. Using examples

such as standing on Earth’s surface, we show how apparent equilibrium is actually

maintained by opposing structural constraints rather than true force cancellation.
