Standardized teaching methods often overlook students' unique learning styles, leading to disengagement and uneven academic performance. This review investigates the transformative role of cloud-supported educational technologies, notably Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and immersive applications such as Augmented and Virtual Reality, in enhancing personalized learning across secondary and higher education, with an emphasis on STEM domains. Drawing on peer‑reviewed studies, real‑world cases, and organisational reports, this review explains how AI‑ and ML‑driven tools individualize instruction, and how AR/VR environments deepen conceptual understanding through interactive experiences. Cloud infrastructure further enhances these innovations by supporting flexible, real-time learning environments. The paper also critically examines ongoing challenges such as data security, infrastructure gaps, and educator preparedness. Through this secondary research approach, the study aims to equip educators, decision-makers, and edtech developers with valuable insights for creating inclusive, learner-centered digital ecosystems.

Keywords: Adaptive Learning, Cloud Computing, Immersive Learning, Personalized Education, Smart Learning Environments.
