- <p>This article develops a novel theoretical and technological framework based on the Unified Eulerian Rotator–Topological Time-Spin Unification–Time-Space Polarization (UER–TTSU–TSP) theory. By treating time and spin as dynamical topological fields, the theory leads to a new paradigm of energy storage and extraction from vacuum structure. We define the Time Battery as a topological device capable of storing and releasing energy through geometric configuration alone. Furthermore, we show that continuous energy access from vacuum gradients is possible without violating conservation laws. These results point toward a practical pathway for ultra-efficient propulsion, lossless transmission, and scalable "infinite" energy systems.</p> <p> </p>
