-

This paper introduces a unified theoretical framework that integrates thermodynamic principles with the evolution of structural complexity. Building on the recently proposed Fourth Law of Thermodynamics, the framework models the emergence of time, gravity, and space as macroscopic effects of layered informational collapse. By formalizing complexity as a measurable scalar function $\Omega$, and deriving a differential law of its evolution under entropy flow, we show that fundamental physical laws emerge as limiting cases of structural transitions. Applications include cosmology, quantum decoherence, black hole entropy, and the evolution of intelligence. This framework allows for predictive modeling and simulation of complex systems across physical, biological, and cognitive domains.
