- <p><span lang="EN-US">The article discusses the influence of the Greek alphabet in Russian writing. After determining the origin and etymology of the word alphabet, we tried to give a deep analysis of the birth of Russian writing. As indicated in our article, most Russian letters are from the Greek alphabet. As a conclusion, we can easily say that the Greek alphabet is the “mother” of the Russian alphabet. To fix our scientific objective, we used the analytical and descriptive scientific method.</span></p>
