•
This paper presents a foundational correction to modern mathematical and scientific thinking: that motion, not summation, is primary in the structure of existence. Through a formal presentation of Perspective Theory, it is shown that what we call "reality" emerges from a paradox—between something and nothing—not from measurement, collection, or enumeration. All sums are interpretations, and all measures are abstractions, made possible only after the existence of motion. Logic is prior to observation, and motion is prior to form. This hierarchy is not theoretical—it is ontological. The implications are decisive: any system that assumes collections or values as ontological primitives is in error. Perspective Theory is not a new model; it is the recognition of the only logically necessary framework in which reality could ever exist.
