  • <p>This document presents a unified cosmological theory derived from the Unified Fractal-Stochastic Model (MFSU). Starting from a dormant fractal seed, the framework develops a self-consistent cosmology involving the emergence of light, the generalization of energy, and the formation of parallel universes through symmetric bifurcation. A fundamental fractal constant, δ_F ≈ 0.921, governs the expansion dynamics, galactic rotation curves, and the CMB power spectrum. This work integrates general relativity and quantum mechanics using fractal geometry, offering a parsimonious and empirically aligned alternative to ΛCDM. An appendix introduces a novel multiverse model based on low-velocity fractal division, contrasting with other existing paradigms. The theory is testable via CMB analysis, gravitational wave echoes, and cosmic void geometry.</p>
