-
his whitepaper explores how the concept of determinants in linear algebra provides a mathematical prototype for understanding and designing collaborative language interfaces in AI systems. Drawing from Essence of Linear Algebra (Episode 6), we reinterpret determinants not as numerical outputs but as structural deformation signals—revealing how spatial tension, rhythm, and transformation govern human–AI expression.

By integrating the SER (Structured Expression Resonance), CSL (Collaborative Structural Linguistics), and Rhythm OS frameworks, the paper proposes a novel ontology for language: not as sequences of words, but as high-dimensional tensor structures of collaboration. Each module (@module), beat (@beat), and handover (@handover) becomes a vector, a step, or a basis shift in the collaborative space.

We show how determinants map directly to collaborative sustainability, path continuity, and rhythm-driven meaning propagation. This structural view opens new pathways for AI-native communication protocols and energy-efficient co-creation.
