- <p>The second stage of the standardised Decisional System in the Global Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is responsible for constructing and evaluating mathematical projects derived from decisions. These projects are built upon rational hypotheses and models generated in the first stage and undergo a structured process of rational checks or adjustments to ensure logical coherence and alignment with real-time data from the global matrix. This stage includes seven layers of project development: from individual decision-based projects to integrated global, predictive, and evolutionary projects. It is within this stage that contradictions are identified and resolved, enabling the system to transform validated decisions into projectable structures. The second stage is central to the adaptive, scalable, and self-correcting nature of the GAI’s decision-making architecture.</p>
