-
Quantum gravity theory, which aims to unify general relativity and quantum mechanics, is one of the most important challenges in modern physics. However, its fundamental principles are not yet clearly defined, leaving the theory in an incomplete state both theoretically and experimentally. In this paper, we propose "Ontogenic Quantum Gravity (OG)," a theory that redefines gravity not as a fundamental force but as an emergent phenomenon from an informational substrate called "structural density," based on the master equation of Bulk Network Cosmology (BNC).

Through the geometric parameters of crescent-shaped defects (opening angle θ, curvature κ, and winding number w), various concepts such as spin-2 fields, the Λ term, causal structure, entropy production, and the holographic principle are described in a unified manner. This theory frames gravity as the gradient of information and reconstructs spacetime itself as the emergence of a semantic structure, offering a new response to the principled deficiency of quantum gravity theory.
