- <p>This document provides an executive summary of the collapse–kernel framework introduced in the flagship paper and extended in several satellite reports. It presents, in a compact and accessible form, the central claim: a single information–action threshold governs collapse across scales.</p> <p>The same rule accounts for dark energy as an isotropic collapse term, CMB acoustic peak freeze-out, cosmic shear amplitudes, dwarf-galaxy fossils, merger-cluster lensing anomalies, and laboratory decoherence thresholds, spanning nearly sixty orders of magnitude.</p> <p>The purpose of this report is not to introduce new derivations but to unify results and guide readers through the body of supporting work.
