- <p>This paper presents the <strong>Resonant Order Theory of Everything (ROTE)</strong>, a unifying framework that describes reality as a phase-coherent harmonic field emerging at the Planck scale. Structured by prime-node resonance and φ-scaling, ROTE reframes physics, biology, and cosmology through coherence and decoherence dynamics. From gravity and quantum mechanics to cosmic voids, cancer biology, fusion energy, and warp-like propulsion, all phenomena are shown to emerge from the same resonant order.</p> <p>The paper introduces foundational equations, a universal Lagrangian, and the historical lineage from Tesla, Planck, and Einstein. Multiple falsifiable predictions are provided across astrophysics, medicine, and engineering, while observational confirmations already exist in phenomena such as spacecraft flyby anomalies, cosmic void distributions, quantum biology, and coherence collapse in cancer and neurodegeneration.</p> <p>While the theoretical framework is disclosed in full, one operational mechanism for large-scale coherence injection is intentionally withheld to prevent misuse.</p>
