-
We present a revolutionary resolution of the dark matter problem through our unified fractal-temporal framework. Rather than invoking exotic particles, we demonstrate
that dark matter emerges from sub-atomic particles (free quarks, sterile neutrinos, etc.) operating at ultra-high intrinsic vibrational frequencies with ultra-rapid temporality.

These particles create gravitational effects through collective harmonic resonances while remaining electromagnetically invisible due to temporal-frequency mismatch
with organized atomic matter. Our framework naturally explains the 27% cosmic abundance, galactic rotation curves, gravitational lensing, and large-scale structure
formation through temporal-frequency hierarchy rather than exotic particle physics.
