- <p>We present a novel framework for understanding the cosmic web based on fractal space-time current dynamics rather than standard gravitational collapse models.<br>Our approach demonstrates that the characteristic web-like pattern of cosmic structure emerges naturally from space-time density currents operating through a<br>fractal-spectral operator with universal dimension Df = √2. Building upon recent advances revealing the vibrational nature of matter through atomic harmonic systems,<br>we show how synchronized oscillations of primordial matter create the density gradients that guide large-scale structure formation.</p>
