-
This paper argues that Hilbert space is not merely a mathematical convenience but corresponds to the Quantum Platform (QP): a timeless, out-of-universe substrate from which spacetime dynamics are rendered. By reinterpreting the standard formalism of quantum mechanics as ontological rather than symbolic, collapse is understood as delayed rendering, entanglement correlations become co-resolved timeless instructions, and the structure of Hilbert space gains physical reality. The paper integrates the Timeless Light Model (TLM) axioms and bridge laws, provides derivations linking QP to familiar QM/GR effects, and outlines falsifiable predictions (e.g., achromatic delay asymmetries at $10^{-15}$ s, residual phase correlations, non-Gaussian CMB tails). Situated within contemporary foundations debates, this work contrasts Hilbert = QP with relational QM, QBism, and wavefunction realism, proposing a testable ontology that unifies quantum mechanics and relativity.
